How to Order

Orders deadline: Monday 4pm for delivery that week. 
                        Mount Edgecombe order deadline 5pm Thursdays for the following Monday
As we have to cut and pack each order specifically, we cannot accept orders later than 4pm Monday.  Orders received later than this will be allocated to the following week.

All products are packaged according to the size options on the website, but should you have a special request, please indicate (in the comments block) when placing your order.

How to order:

Online, you go to each page of product eg beef, lamb, chicken or pork.

When you see the item you want, choose how many of each item and press ADD.

Once you have finished selecting all your products, go to the shopping basket to check your order.

If you are happy, then choose your meeting place & time and process.

How to pay:

Payment is COD basis but EFT payments are welcome and must be done before collection and proof shown to driver.  We will send an SMS / Email with your total amount owing and banking details prior to delivery.  We are also registered with ZAPPER so just let us know if you would like to make use of this service.

We charge R30 delivery & admin/service fee for online orders.  This will automatically be included on your invoice.
All orders collected from the Shop at 17A Mackeurtan Ave will have to be paid COD, Credit Card or Zapper.

Please note: we can only notify you of the total once we have prepared & packaged your entire order, particularly in the case of the meats, as weights may vary slightly.  We cannot invoice you well in advance but will notify you the total amount. (usually the morning of delivery)

Returns Policy

A customer’s till slip is their guarantee.

Hope Meats will gladly refund perishable goods should customers not be satisfied with the quality thereof, within the product’s expiry date and if is in its original packaging.  Should a product be defective the product should be brought back to the store in its original packaging.

Perishable items cannot be returned due to the fact that a customer had a change of mind in respect of the particular purchased item, this is due to public and food safety regulations.
